BUTTER CHURN Mod. ZL

Applications and operation:

The Butter Churn model ZL is designed to make butter from cream at the optimum temperature of 11°C and with a fat content of 22% to 60%. It fully meets all buttermaking requirements that are quality, hygiene, easy to use and safety, thanks to the application of tried and tested methods and the use of the most suitable materials. It makes butter by beating the cream in a large barrel, mounted on a horizontal shaft. The barrel is driven by a motor unit which rotates it at a speed of approximately 35 rounds per minute. Once the cream has been churned, the rollers mounted inside the barrel start to knead the butter and, at the same time, the speed of the barrel is reduced to 5 rounds per minute.
