ZANGOLA Mod. ZA

Applications and operation:

The Butter Churn model ZA is designed to make butter from cream at the optimum temperature of 11°C and with a fat content from 22% to 60%. It fully meets all buttermaking requirements like quality, hygiene, usability and safety, thanks to the application of tried and tested methods and to the use of the most suitable materials. It makes butter by beating the cream in a large diameter barrel mounted on a horizontal shaft. The barrel is driven by a motor gear which rotates at 40 rounds per minute approximately. Once the cream has been churned, the machine provides for the butter kneading by gravity reducing the rotation speed of the barrel to 5 rounds per minute.
