EXTRUDER Mod. E2C


Applications and operation:

The Extruder Mod. E2C is suitable to work every kind of “pasta filata” cheese or foodstuff. The product is introduced into the loading hopper and by mean of two counterotating screws it is transported towards the cone-shaped forming mould where it is forced in the extruding pipe. This can be easily replaced depending on the needed size. The machine can be connected to a clipping machine or/and a positive displacement dosing machine. In this case the control panel is equipped with all controls needed for the coupled working.



Construction features:

  • Entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
  • Internal surfaces coated with food grade PTFE to prevent product sticking.
  • Adjustable speed gear motor.
  • Gear reduction unit with pins rotating on ball bearings lubricated in oil bath. The hermetic seal of the oil pan avoids any possible oil discharge or seepages from the outside.
  • No.2 intersecting and disassembleable screw conveyors. Their pitch is reduced to improve the extruding process.
  • Hopper that can be disassembled and tilted.
  • Cone-shaped forming mould with hinged, easily disassembleable and tiltable. It’s possible to seal it by means of an eccentric lever. DN80 fitting for an extrusion pipe.
  • Electric switch board and control panel installed on the machine.
  • Safety devices in compliance with CE Directive.

Attachments:

  • Complete extrusion pipes with different dimensions.
  • Forming mould suitable to produce cheese blocks.
